Cover sizing is primarily based on bike length, not engine displacement. Most sport bikes and naked bikes (Honda CBR, Suzuki GSX-R, Kawasaki Ninja, Ducati Monster) fit the Small/Sport size (86"L x 50"H). Compact and mid-size cruisers, standards, and larger sport bikes (Harley Sportster, Suzuki Hayabusa, Honda Rebel) fit Medium (96"L x 55"H). Large cruisers and standard touring bikes (Harley Street Glide, Road King, BMW R1100) fit Large (97"L x 57"H). Adventure and dual-sport bikes (BMW R1250GS, Honda Africa Twin, KTM 1290 Adventure) fit ADV (99"L x 63"H). Full-dress touring bikes and baggers (Honda Gold Wing, Indian Roadmaster, Harley Ultra Limited) fit X-Large (108"L x 60"H). Always measure your bike with all accessories installed before ordering.

Lighter colors reflect more solar radiation than darker colors, that's basic physics. On a sunny day, a black cover can reach surface temperatures of 140°F or higher, which transfers heat to whatever is underneath. The light gray finish reflects more sunlight and runs noticeably cooler to the touch. If you park outside in hot climates like Florida, Arizona, Texas, or Southern California, the light gray color helps protect your seat, tank, fuel lines, and paint from heat damage. If you park in cooler climates or in a garage, either color works equally well.

The PU coating sheds water, the double-stitched and taped seams prevent leaks at the most common failure point on cheap covers, and the dual airflow vents help release rust-causing condensation that can build up under the cover. The covers are built to handle heavy rain, snow, high winds, and long-term UV exposure for year-round outdoor use.

Normal wear and tear or damage caused by towing, animals, chemicals or other abuse is not considered a manufacturing defect.
