Seat Cushions
Motorcycle Seat Cushions & Pads | 3D Mesh Cooling Airflow | Badass Moto
Hot seat. Sweaty jeans. Rides cut short because the saddle's been baking in the sun. Our 3D mesh motorcycle seat cushions fix that. Multiple layers of large open-cell mesh sit between you and the seat, putting physical distance between your bottom and the burning vinyl while vertical air channels pull heat and sweat out from under you as you ride. You stay cooler, drier, and less fatigued on the bike. Want a touch of extra padding? Every cushion includes a removable padded insert you can drop in or pull out depending on the ride.
Three shapes and sizes fit cruiser saddles, flat solo seats, and long bench-style seats. Each one installs in about three minutes with adjustable hook-and-loop straps under your seat. No tools, no drilling, no permanent changes. Pick the size below that matches your seat shape.
Why Badass Moto 3D Mesh Seat Cushions
Cooling Airflow That Actually Works
Single-layer mesh pads collapse under your weight and stop moving air. Our cushions stack multiple layers of large open-cell 3D mesh to build vertical air channels under you. Hot air rises and escapes, fresh air pulls in from the sides, and heat and sweat get pulled away as you ride.
Hot Seat Buffer Between You and the Burning Vinyl
Park in the sun for two hours and the seat's hot enough to fry an egg. The mesh stack puts physical distance between your bottom and the heat-soaked vinyl when you climb on, so you're not branded by your own saddle.
Drains and Dries Fast When Wet
Caught in a rain shower? Open-cell mesh runs water straight through instead of soaking it in. The cushion is rideable again in minutes. Foam and sheepskin alternatives stay soggy for hours.
3-Minute Install, No Tools, No Permanent Changes
Adjustable hook-and-loop straps run under your seat and cinch tight. Anti-slip grip mesh on the bottom keeps the cushion in place once you're on it. Take it off the same way to wash it or swap bikes.

Seat Cushion Size Guide
| Size | Dimensions | Example Bikes |
|---|---|---|
| CRUISER | 13" L x 14" W | Harley Sportster, Softail, Dyna; Honda Rebel, Shadow; Yamaha V-Star; Indian Scout; and most cruiser-style saddles |
| LARGE | 13" L x 14" W | Most solo seats including sport bikes and standard motorcycles |
| X-LONG | 24" L x 12" W | Single long-style two-person seats and standard bench seats found on some scramblers and classic bikes |
Tip: Cruiser and Large share the same 13" x 14" footprint but are shaped differently. Cruiser is contoured to fit cruiser-style saddles. Large is shaped for flatter solo seats. Choose by your seat type, not just dimensions.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between the three sizes?
All three solve the same problem (cooling airflow under you on the seat) but match different seat types. Cruiser (13" x 14") is contoured to fit cruiser-style scooped saddles like Harley Sportster, Softail, Dyna, Honda Rebel, Yamaha V-Star, and Indian Scout. Large (also 13" x 14") is rectangular and fits flat solo seats on sport bikes, standards, naked bikes, and dual-sport. X-Long (24" x 12") is the extended size for long single seats and bench-style saddles on scramblers and classic bikes. Match by seat shape first, dimensions second.
How do I know which size fits my motorcycle?
Look at your rider's seat. If it's scooped or contoured (Harley cruiser, Honda Rebel, Yamaha V-Star, Indian Scout), pick Cruiser. If it's flat or rectangular (sport bike, standard, naked, dual-sport), pick Large. If it's a long single seat or bench-style saddle (scrambler, classic bike), pick X-Long. The Cruiser and Large share the same 13" x 14" footprint, so dimensions alone won't tell you which one to pick. Choose by shape.
How is 3D mesh different from a foam or gel seat cushion?
Foam and gel pads add cushion but they trap heat and absorb water. On hot days they make a hot seat hotter, and after a rain they stay soggy for hours. Multi-layer 3D mesh works the opposite way. The open cells build vertical air channels under you so heat and sweat get pulled out instead of trapped. If you do want a touch of extra cushion, every 3D mesh seat cushion includes a removable padded insert you can drop in or pull out depending on the ride.
Will the mesh be uncomfortable against bare skin?
We recommend long pants or motorcycle gear with these cushions. The mesh cells are large and open by design so air can flow through. That same texture can feel scratchy against bare skin. With jeans, riding pants, or anything covering your legs, you get the cooling benefit without any rub.
